Please make checks payable to Living Alternatives. Mailing addresses can be found by clicking on the locations button above and choosing the PRC location or program of your choice. Checks can also be mailed to the admin office at PO Box 1555, Champaign, IL 61824-1555. Please write in the memo which PRC location or program the donation is intended for.
